This classic tomato produces large, deeply ribbed, flattened (oblate) beefsteak fruits with a striking bright red colour and a rich, old-fashioned tomato taste. The flavour is full-bodied, slightly tangy, and well-balanced, making it a favourite for sauces, passata, bruschetta, and fresh slicing.
Costoluto Genovese tomatoes are known for their meaty flesh, low seed content, and intense aroma, prized by Italian cooks for generations. They perform best in warm conditions and reward growers with heavy crops over a long harvest season.
An indeterminate (vining) variety, plants can grow up to 200cm tall and should be supported with staking or trellising. Pruning helps control width and improves airflow and fruit quality.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
