Elderberries have been used for centuries In the Middle Ages elderberry was considered a Holy Tree, capable of restoring good health, keeping good health, and as an aid to longevity. Hippocrates referred to elderberry as “nature’s medicine chest” Elderberry Syrup is our families go to medicine to help fight off the cold and flu viruses.
Our elderberry syrup is handcrafted in small batches with organic elderberries from our trees. It is a lighter syrup as it uses honey instead of sugar so is not a thick slow pouring syrup and could be taken straight from the bottle if you wish.
Both apple cider vinegar and honey have been used for millennia to help boost the immune system, soothe dry throats, and digestive issues. Organic apple cider vinegar is high in acetic acid, and when you use the raw, unfiltered version, you are also getting the strands of proteins, enzymes, and helpful bacteria that are similar to what one might enjoy in fermented kombucha tea.
Meanwhile, the raw honey brings such soothing qualities and provides germ-fighting properties. The two ingredients alone are beneficial to any being's body, and when you add herbs for particular purposes, you have an incredibly effective method of getting the extra herbal support as well.

Ingredients: Local organic Elderberries, rainwater, organic cinnamon, Australian ginger, cloves, Our own wild fermented apple cider vinegar and raw honey from our apiaries in the hills of the Huon Valley Tasmania.
200ml glass flask
*Note may contain some wax sediment from raw honey hat has escaped filtration this is completely harmless.
Store in fridge
If fermentation occures this is completely fine and doesn't affect the health benefits of the elderberry simply add more honey if you prefer a sweeter syrup

Not all “medicine” has to taste disgusting and needs to be taken with a spoonful of sugar. It’s actually quite pleasant to take despite the apple cider vinegar.
Wonderful tonic! Loved it.
Even my toddler loves this. It feels like a great prep for winter, we each take a spoonful in the morning.
After missing my own elderberry harvest I was concerned that I wouldn’t find a syrup to meet my winter needs! Alas I did! This syrup is incredible in a cuppa, and it’s already been my go to when feeling a little under the weather this autumn. If you don’t have elderbeeeg syrup in your cupboard, then look no further! A little bottles goes a long way.
