Amy Newsome is a London-based horticulturist, freelance beekeeper, and cook. After a dynamic career in fashion photography, she passionately retrained in gardening and beekeeping, working with esteemed figures like Raymond Blanc and at the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew. As Head Gardener of The Garden Cobham, she's currently developing a new garden and restaurant site, and also contributes to the prison reform charity Food Behind Bars. Her expertise extends to publications like Bloom magazine, where she shares her insights on subjects such as single-origin honey.
