From honey ferments to fancy fritto misto, and honeyed chipotle lamb tacos to saffron & apricot honey buns, your taste buds are in for a treat. Quench your thirst with refreshing eucalyptus honey granita or a sophisticated bergamot bee's knees cocktail.

Beyond the Recipes: A Journey Through the Hive:

"The Honey Book" doesn't stop at the kitchen. Journey through the beekeeper's year, gaining fascinating insights into how honey is made and the changing seasons within a hive. You'll even discover practical tips for creating the perfect bee-friendly garden right in your own backyard, contributing to these vital pollinators.

This is an incredibly thoughtful and inspiring collection of recipes and stories, offering a rare glimpse into the craft of beekeeping and the remarkable world of the honeybee. It's a beautiful homage that confirms why and how we should be treating honey with the profound respect it truly deserves.

About the Author:

Amy Newsome is a London-based horticulturist, freelance beekeeper, and cook. After a dynamic career in fashion photography, she passionately retrained in gardening and beekeeping, working with esteemed figures like Raymond Blanc and at the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew. As Head Gardener of The Garden Cobham, she's currently developing a new garden and restaurant site, and also contributes to the prison reform charity Food Behind Bars. Her expertise extends to publications like Bloom magazine, where she shares her insights on subjects such as single-origin honey.

Industry Acclaim:

"I love the idea of a whole book dedicated to the art of beekeeping and its delicious produce. We probably have a lot to learn from this one on many levels." - Adam Rothbarth, VICE
