Painted Pony Beans

Painted Pony Phaseolus Vulgaris  unusual heirloom you won't find them just anywhere!

I absolutely adore these beans! Not only are they absolutely delicious fresh green beans that can be picked at  55-60 days  but they make a gorgeous dried bean at 80-90 days that can be used in winter soups and casseroles. These beans are really prolific and grow as a bush bean so no need for staking.

Great for the beginner gardener or anyone who loves growing interesting beans!
