How to Use:

 * Wet your hair.

 * Rub the bar directly onto your hair to create a rich lather.

 * Massage into your scalp and hair.

 * Rinse thoroughly.

Note: If you have been using commercially bought shampoos, there may be a transition period when moving from commercial liquid shampoos and conditioners, the hair may feel a little heavy for a few weeks, this is the normal detoxification process of your hair and scalp
