This unique product offers a light and airy taste reminiscent of floral honey, I have chosen to make this a thinner cordial syrup rather than a thicker pancake syrup because I did not want to lose the essence of the Dandelion through boiling too long.
Use this syrup as a cordial for a refreshing drink , in cocktails or play around with desserts!

(Disclosure Ann is my niece but I absolutely buy her products because they are so impressively good). Y his is a fave - love the dandelion taste it’s a very delicate and naturally floral taste .. like nothing you taste in commercial flavours. I prefer not to dilute it as I enjoy it so much as a sipping tonic, like a non alcoholic liqueur. I’ve also added a bit to the Apple cider vinegar (also bought here) and it’s a gorgeous salad dressing. )
