Growing Information:

• Plant Type: Annual
• Sowing Depth: Sow seeds 6mm (¼ inch) deep.
• Germination: Typically takes 7-14 days at temperatures between 18-24°C (65-75°F).
• Position: Prefers full sun for the best flowering.
• Soil: Well-drained, moderately fertile soil. Avoid overly rich soils, which can lead to excessive foliage and fewer flowers.   
• Spacing: Space plants 30-45cm (12-18 inches) apart.
• Height: 60-90cm (2-3 feet).
• Spread: 45-60cm (18-24 inches).
• Watering: Water regularly, especially during dry periods, but avoid waterlogging.
• Feeding: Generally not necessary if grown in moderately fertile soil. Excessive feeding can reduce flowering.
• Pinching: Pinch back young plants to encourage bushier growth and more flower stems.   
• Deadheading: Regularly remove spent flowers to promote continuous blooming.
