Cherry Blossom Whipped Honey – Limited Seasonal Edition

Our Cherry Blossom Honey is a gentle celebration of spring. We gather blossoms from our own trees at their peak, dry them and blend them into raw Tasmanian honey to create a naturally pink whipped honey with a soft, floral perfume and subtle almond sweetness.

Each jar captures the short-lived beauty of sakura season — a reminder to pause, savour, and notice the small wonders in nature.

This honey is beautiful stirred into tea, drizzled over yoghurt, spooned through whipped cream, added to desserts or enjoyed straight from the jar.
