Anasazi Corn
Reportedly seeds were found by archaeologists in the Anasazi ruins.
This drought resistant heirloom sweet corn. This multicoloured corn is beautiful to look at and lovely steamed. For fresh eating eat them young when still yellow or for grain/polenta wait until they are multicoloured and allow to dry. Produces two-three cobs on medium-tall plants.
