Marshmallow

Marshmallow is a must have for the herb garden. It produces thick velvety leaves with serrated edges and gorgeous pale pink to off white coloured flowers. This renowned European native has been eaten and used medicinally for centuries by various cultures.
Perennial growing to 120cm. Upright bush plant with dark green leaves and white and rose coloured flowers. Very attractive, often grown as an ornamental. Has many medicinal uses. Was originally used to make Marshmallow confectionery.
