Our immune boosting herbal honey was created to fend of winter germs for our own families immune support during a particularly brutal cold and flu season.
This honey is so delicious the kids actually enjoy taking it.
It contains

Elderberry from our farm- Research has proven that elderberries shorten a illness and relieve symptoms of colds and flu. They are higher in vitamin C than citrus and a great immune booster

Echinacea - High in antioxidants echinacea has a long traditional use of clearing microbial infection from the body, including bacterial and viral. Echinacea shines as an immune supportive herb where there is infection already present, such as cold or flu or respiratory infection. It has been shown to lessen symptoms and aid in a speedy recovery. To this effect, echinacea is known as an “immune stimulant”, activating the immune system to be on the lookout for immune compromised areas of the body.

Shiitake Mushroom - Another incredible immune booster widely known as a “medical mushroom” due to its long history of medical use. There are so many extra benefits to shiitake that I can't fit here so please do research it as it's fascinating!

Calendula from our garden - Calendula is a traditional European immune tonic, taken to prevent illness in Winter. Calendula helps support the lymphatic system, and can help to shift lingering infections and swollen glands

Available in a 250g jar

Take 1-3 spoons daily when sick for immune support

Great honey that has helped me recover quickly from my first winter cold of the season (hopefully the last).
