This honey which has a delightful floral taste is designed to help give you a mood boost in times of need.

Using our cold extracted raw honey we have added

Tasmanian Bee pollen - a complete protein high in amino acid and other vitamins and minerals

Lavender - with her long history as a specific remedy for anxiety and depression

St Johns wort and Chamomile to soothe the nervous system

Siberian Ginseng -to help manage stress on the nervous system

Rose petals - to open the heart chakra encouraging the release of deep sorrow and loss.

You can take this honey by the spoonful or add to warm milk for a delicious mood boosting latte.

Delicious tumeric honey

The honey from GF is absolutely delicious and fresh; this one has tumeric because it's supposed to be good for arthritis, which I have. I love the grainy texture as well as the slightly less sweet taste. I also love the soaps that GF make, they feel wonderfully soft, unlike commercial soaps and look very lovely (I got the beginner pack and the soaps had a small bee stamp.Beautiful.
