Apricot and Ginger Jam

Golden Apricots picked straight of the trees at a small local orchard taken back to our kitchen and turned straight into this delicious jam. 

This jam past our quality controllers (aka our kids) very strict taste tests. It has a subtle ginger flavour without bieng overpowering and can be enjoyed on toasts, ice cream, yogurt, in cakes , desserts or even cocktails.
